Upon check-in I asked if any upgrade were available, non, was the reply, however the front desk gentleman did inform me that I would not be paying any Resort fees due to being a Gold member. I am a Gold level MGM Resorts member and booked our reservation several months ago in one of the Stay Well, 2 queen beds rooms (non fountain view). Unfortunately our check in experience this trip left me a bit annoyed and frustrated. My wife and I chose to return based on previous experiences and visits.
